2008 paragliding world cup & xcontest

The 2008 World Cup came to a close in Castelo, Brazil with that now familiar sight of a Swiss Advance team pilot standing on the top step of the podium. With triple champion, Chrigel Maurer, stepping out of the contest to concentrate on family, work and acro, it was the turn of double Swiss champion Andi Aebi to take the laurels. Behind him lay France’s Jean Marc Caron and fellow Swiss Advance pilot Stefan Schmoker.
